There will soon be a new Executive Condo (EC) in Sengkang housing estate called Austville Residences Executive Condominium.
According to United Engineers Limited, its subsidiary MaxLee Development Pte Ltd (“MaxLee”) will be launching Singapore’s first-ever executive condominium with a theme design in December 2010 or in January 2011.
Austville SengKang EC will be a 99-year leasehold executive condominium, called Austville Residences.
Austville Sengkang EC is located between Sengkang East Avenue and Buangkok Drive.
Note that Austville SengKang EC launch date is subject to change.
Austville SengKang EC will have six 18-storey towers of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 3+1-bedroom and 4-bedroom units.
Austville SengKang EC will offer 540 units, including 30 penthouse units of various sizes.
The expected temporary occupation permit (TOP) date for Austville Residences will be no later than 2014.
The price of Austville Sengkang EC will be released nearer launch date.
